- Lundi : 17 h – 18 h : Cours adultes/ados – gym douce
- Mercredi : 20 h 30 – 21 h 30 : cours adultes, gym dynamique
- Vendredi : 9 h 15 – 10 h 15 cours séniors actigym et 10 h 30 – 11 h 30 cours séniors atelier mémoire
YOGA – SOPHROLOGIE

Les cours de yoga ont lieu :
- A salle des Fêtes de Cellettes, le jeudi soir de 18 h à 20 h.
- A Vineuil, 1 Rue Jacquard le mardi à 18 h 30, mercredi à 16 h 15, 18 h et 19 h 45 et le jeudi de 12 h 15 à 13 h 15 et à 19 h 15.
- Les cours de sophrologie se déroulent à Vineuil le mardi de 12 h 15 à 13 h 15
